These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) along with the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) form a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between You and us (Friend Ludo / https://friendludo.in).

Hence, We insist that You read these Terms and Privacy Policy carefully and let Us know if You have any questions regarding the same. We will try Our best to answer Your queries.

A. Users’ Approval

1. Users approve of and accept our Agreement by:
   • Reading all terms and conditions.
   • Reading all rules of this platform.
2. Users may accept this Agreement only if:
   • Such User is a natural person, is of the legal age (18 years or older), with eligibility and mental capacity to form a binding contract with us.
   • Such User is not a resident of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Orissa, Sikkim, or Nagaland.
   • Such User is a juristic person, lawfully existing, and has all authorizations, permits, and allowances to enter into this Agreement.
   • Such User is not legally barred or restricted from using the App/Platform.
3. You understand that We want You to not use the App if You do not understand, approve of, or accept all the terms specified in this Agreement.
4. The Agreement shall govern the relationship of each User with us. Separate written agreements may prevail in case of any specific conflicts.

B. Provision of the App & Legality (Games of Skill)

1. Section 12 of the Public Gambling Act, 1867 provides that games of mere skill are exempt from the application of the Act. The Supreme Court of India and various High Courts have opined that a game of skill is one in which success depends principally upon the superior knowledge, training, attention, experience, and adroitness of the player.
2. Users must note that the **‘Ludo’** game available for challenge on our platform is a **‘Game of Skill’** under Indian law, and we do not support, endorse, or offer ‘games of chance’ for money.
Restricted States Notice: In adherence to prevailing laws, the Company prohibits individuals residing in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Telangana, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, and those residing outside India, from participating in the Games. Access to the Platform is strictly banned for users from these locations.
3. The game rules are clearly defined on this platform, and Users are encouraged to read, understand, and follow these rules to succeed.
4. The outcome and success in our games are directly dependent on the User’s effort, performance, and skill.
5. If a User does not comply with the rules of the contest/game, the company is authorized to take necessary action as defined in Section D (Penalty).

C. Communication

1. By using this platform, the User provides consent to communicate with the company and receive communications regarding the games and platform services.
2. Communication may happen electronically or through various social media pages.
3. The Company is not responsible for any communication happening between Users and third-party platforms.

D. Penalty

The company reserves the right to penalize any User if found to be in violation of the contest/game rules or terms of service.
